Delivery & Access

Made to order: Orders are handmade in our Kent workshop. Delivered in 5-10 business days.
Saturday delivery: If you require a Saturday delivery please let us know before placing an order, there is no additional charge.
Delivery: Once your order is ready, you will get a text/email from our courier with the delivery date and a three hour time slot. If you are not available you can reschedule.
Live tracking: On the morning of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link and will receive a phone call 30 minutes before arrival.
In-room delivery: Two person team delivery to your room of choice (up to the first floor). Higher floors £25 per floor if there is no lift - contact us before ordering.
