That's why we proudly offer a 25 year guarantee on all of our products, unless otherwise state. We want you to have complete confidence in your investment and enjoy your furniture for years to come.
All of our products are made to order here in our UK workshop. Our skilled makers use a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern precision. This makes our furniture is not just visually stunning, but also structurally sound.
Eligibility
All orders taken through the website from 01/01/2023. Orders taken through other platforms such as Etsy or other marketplaces will not be covered by this guarantee.
The guarantee starts from the date of purchase.
The guarantee only covers purchases delivered to an address in the United Kingdom that is kept within the United Kingdom for the lifetime of the product.
Only domestic use is covered, we do not cover commercial use currently.
The guarantee is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required at the time of any claim.
Any furniture that has been modified will not be covered unless cleared with us first that this is an acceptable modification that will not affect your guarantee.

What isn't covered?
Any issues arising as a result of normal wear and tear.
Any issues arising due to improper care or accidental damage.
Any issues arising from the natural characteristics of real wood. Such as normal wood movement over the course of time or cracks due to wood movement.
